Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • You contact us within the stated return window

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • The item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality, and design integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged due to improper handling

  • Clearance, final-sale, or heavily discounted items

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refund Processing
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
⏳ Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
