Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Standard Delivery – approximately 4 business days

  • Express Delivery – approximately 3 business days

  • Priority Delivery – approximately 2 business days

📍 Please note: Delivery to remote or rural locations may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

Orders up to 25kg

  • Shipped via standard courier services

  • Securely packaged to protect delicate décor items during transit

  • Delivery date selection may be available at checkout, where supported

Orders over 25kg

  • May be shipped via freight or pallet delivery

  • A safe and accessible delivery location is required

  • Delivery scheduling may be arranged in advance if necessary

📅 Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched the following business day

⚠️ Important Delivery Information

  • Remote Locations: Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery fees may be charged if the courier is unable to complete delivery

  • Damaged Parcels: If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs so we can assist promptly
